The process of making a mold begins with design, ensuring that the final product fully meets the customer's needs. After any changes and final approval, our technical designer develops a fully 3D Design for Manufacturing (DFM).

A finite element analysis (FEA) is carried out on the 3D drawings to predict the behavior under load and ensure that the final result meets high quality standards.

Upon request, the customer can obtain a 3D printed prototype of the desired product.

Based on the project and technical specifications, our team of specialists will define the design of the production mold.
