Code: 530. The agglomerates of cast iron that come from the desulphurization process during its production are considered a rich by-product from blast furnaces.

Called Skim Iron in jargon, it is cleaned of sulfur, silica and phosphorus residues, collecting a waste with a high iron content that can be recycled to produce new steel.

Subjected to stages of screening and grinding we obtain three main qualities:

1.> 85% Fe on average - Fraction greater than 350 mm, (maximum dimension 800 mm)
2.> 75% Fe on average - Fraction 80-350 mm
3.> 70% Fe on average - Fraction 20-80 mm
