Code: 11724. We are one of the earliest and most established Chinese enterprises in the research, development, production and marketing of plastics processing and beverage packaging machinery.
Under our proprietary BAIXIONG Brand, we offer four main product families. The first is our plastic extrusion lines , which include complete lines for solid and corrugated PVC-U pipes (conical and parallel twin-screw extruders, dies, calibration and cooling tanks, haul-off units, planetary cutters, and belling machines), lines for PE and HDPE pipes for water, gas, and irrigation, lines for PPR/PP-R pipes for plumbing and sanitary systems, lines for single- and double-wall corrugated PVC/PE pipes, lines for PVC profiles for windows and doors with ASA co-extrusion, lines for PVC/WPC (wood-plastic composite) sheets and panels, and lines for plastic films and sheets.
The second family includes auxiliary machinery for plastics : high-speed hot-cool mixers (hot-cool combination mixers) in horizontal and vertical versions, dryers, automatic loaders and feeders, crushers and granulators.
The third family is that of the granulation lines : PP/PE string die and water-ring pelletizing systems for the production of thermoplastic granules from virgin or recycled material.
The fourth family, developed by the Baixiong Beverage Machinery division, includes complete turnkey bottling lines for mineral and purified water (3,000-32,000 bottles/hour), hot-filled fruit juices and tea, cold-filled carbonated drinks, soy milk, soft drinks, soda water, PET bottle blowing machines, shrink-wrapping machines, and water treatment plants.
Our products are distributed throughout all 30 provinces and autonomous regions of China and are exported under our own commercial licenses to over 30 countries including Japan, Russia, Malaysia, Canada, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Southeast Asia, with technical assistance and training directly at the customer's premises.
