Code: 11731. We are Abate Basilio & C. SNC, based in Calcinato (Brescia, Italy), specialized since 1973 in the design and construction of high-performance molds for plastic injection molding for the industrial and food packaging sectors.

We hold 8 exclusive patents that distinguish us worldwide: Quadrowings® and Triplock® (double and triple safety locking systems for buckets), IMA® (automatic assembly of the handle in the container during molding), IML – In Mold Labelling (in-mold decoration), Stacktool® (multi-layer modular mold), Duplex® (double anti-wear centering), Injection Compression and Innercore Extra Cooling System (ultra-rapid cooling).

We produce molds for buckets and truncated-cone containers (food and chemical industries), molds for thin-walled containers with floating multi-cavity IML, molds for logistics and food crates (also with folding walls and IML), and molds for flowerpots with the Flexomould® and Square the Circle® patents.

Our production line includes 5-axis machining centers with automatic table changers, in-process laser control, and spare parts guaranteed for 20 years.
