1. WHAT IS THE rMIX PORTAL 

The rMIX recycling portal is an agglomeration of contacts of companies and professionals working in the recycling field, allowing customers and suppliers to contact each other directly, for offers or requests for materials or services. It therefore functions as a search engine specialized in the recycling market.

Does the rMIX portal deal with buying or selling materials or services?

No, rMIX has no commercial relationship with platform subscribers regarding the products or services that are presented or searched for on the platform.

Does the recycling portal earn commissions on the transactions that customers conclude with each other?

No, rMIX has no financial interest in the definition of commercial transactions between customer and supplier who have met on the platform. Each negotiation is the exclusive competence of the two parties who have contacted each other.

What is the economic livelihood of the portal?

rMIX sells subscriptions to platform services and advertising contracts to its customers for the promotion of the companies or products/services they want to promote, such as banners, newsletters and sponsored articles.


2. REGISTRATION

How can I register for free on the rMIX portal?

Simply access the subscriptions section on the home page by clicking on "rMIX ADS", fill in the registration form and choose the rMIX Zero subscription, which is free and anonymous.

What can I do with the rMIX Zero subscription?

You have the right to receive the weekly newsletter and to be able to enter your offers/requests anonymously and free of charge.


3. SUBSCRIPTIONS

What are the differences between the various subscriptions?

- rMIX Zero allows you to post your offers/requests completely free of charge and anonymously on the portal. Your company data will be visible only by those who have a subscription to see anonymous posts (rMIX Power and Turbo).

- rMIX Base allows you to post your offers/requests with your company data visible to anyone, even those who are not a subscriber and frequent the platform, therefore with greater visibility.

- rMIX on Top allows you to always put your offer/request on the first page both on the home page of the portal and in the section dedicated to your product/service. It is combined with the rMIX Base, Turbo and Profile subscription.

- rMIX Power allows you to see all company contacts from anonymous ads, for one year, being able to contact customers directly.

- rMIX Power 10 allows you to purchase a package to have access to 10 anonymous posts, over the course of a year.

- rMIX Turbo allows you to have the functions of the rMIX Base and Power subscriptions together, therefore seeing the company contacts of anonymous announcements and posting your offers/requests, for one year, with your contacts visible to anyone.

- rNEW allow you to read the articles dedicated to members present on the portal for free.

How can I subscribe after choosing one or more subscriptions?

Fill out and send the subscription form and choose the one or ones that best suit your needs. The editorial staff will receive it, will send you the payment data, after which you will receive the invoice and you will be enabled for the service.

Where can I find the subscription form?

The subscription form can be found in the curtain that opens, on the home page, by clicking on the "rMIX Annunci" button or in all offers/requests, in the lower part, by clicking on the blue "Buy Subscription" button.

How much do subscriptions cost and how long do they last?

How can I purchase additional subscriptions?

After purchasing any subscription, you can enter your private area and subscribe to a new subscription.


4. WHAT IS THE RESERVED AREA

In the reserved area you can find all the information on your subscriptions, your published offers/requests and you can upload or delete your contents.

How can I have a reserved area?

All you have to do is sign up for any one of the proposed subscriptions.

How can I access my private area?

On the home page, under "rMIX Announcements", you will find the "Access your reserved area" button in the drop-down menu. After clicking it, you will enter your credentials used to register and thus you will be able to access.

What can I find in my reserved area?

My registration data, the types of subscription in progress, their expiry and the offers/requests entered.

What can I do in my reserved area?

You will be able to insert or cancel your offers/requests independently. Purchase new subscriptions and renew expiring ones.


5. UPLOAD OFFERS/REQUESTS

How can I upload an offer/request for free and anonymously?

Simply fill in the form that you will find in the home page by clicking on "rMIX ADS", under the heading "Publish your Offer/request", or by clicking on the red button that appears in every offer/request on the portal, or directly from your reserved area that you find in the home page drop-down menu, under the heading "rMIX ADS". When filling out the form, if you are asked to choose a subscription, you will choose rMIX Zero.

How can I upload an offer/request with my company data visible to anyone?

After subscribing to rMIX Base or Turbo, you can fill in the form that you will find in the Home Page by clicking on "rMIX ADS", under the heading "Post your Offer/request", or by clicking on the red button that appears in each offer/ portal request, or directly from your reserved area that you find in the home page drop-down menu, under the heading "rMIX ADS".

Are the ads visible immediately once I have placed them?

The announcements are not visible immediately, but within 48 hours of your publication, as the editorial staff will check the contents and attached photographs, to verify that they are in line with the themes and spirit of the portal.


6. SEE CUSTOMER CONTACTS RELATED TO ANONYMOUS POSTS

How can I see company contacts in anonymous posts?

To see the contacts of the companies of the anonymous posts you need to be a subscriber to rMIX Power or Power 10 or Turbo, in this case once you are interested in contacting the company relating to a specific post you found on the portal, you must click on the blue button “Contact the company”. A new form will open that will ask you to enter your credentials that you used to register, once entered the contacts of the chosen anonymous post will appear.

Why does the system not let me access the contacts by entering the credentials?

If you have not subscribed to rMIX Power or Power 10 or Turbo, the system does not allow you to access the contacts of anonymous posts.


7. SEE COMPANY CONTACTS

In the search for companies section it is possible to find a supplier or customer active in the circular economy sector. The companies can be selected, like the offers/requests, through a series of filters that can be set according to your needs. If you find the customer or supplier's contact details in the post you are interested in, you can contact them directly; if they are anonymous, you can sign up for a subscription to rMIX Power, Power 10 or Turbo to be able to see them. Furthermore, each company has listed all the offers/requests published in its name, in order to make the search easier and faster.


8. PROMOTION OF OFFERS/REQUESTS

How can I promote my offer/request?

The promotion of one or more offers/requests can be done using the rMIX on Top subscription which allows you to put your post on the front page, both on the home page and in the dedicated section, for a time that you decide, on the basis to the established minimums.

Or insert your post in the weekly newsletter which is sent to around 12,000 companies in the sector worldwide in 4 languages. In this case you can write to the editorial staff for a quote or have them call you back.


9. COMPANY/PRODUCT/SERVICE PROMOTION

How can I promote my company or my products/services?

To promote the company or your product or your service, the rMIX portal has several tools:

Banner on the portal on the Home Page. It involves inserting your company logo on the home page of the portal, in the scrolling strip at the top, linked to your website or to one of your pages on the portal, to intercept customers who visit the platform. Subscriptions are semi-annual or annual.

Dedicated Newsletter. It is a question of using, only for your company, the weekly newsletter which is sent to approximately 12,000 companies in the sector in 4 languages, including portal subscribers, in order to communicate a company, commercial or news message.

Banners in the Newsletter. It involves inserting a post or banner, connected to your company, in the weekly newsletter, together with other advertisers and the products offered during the week, in order to reach around 12,000 companies in the sector, in 4 languages, in order to communicate a message fast, concise but effective because it is repeated from week to week.

Sponsored Article. It is a question of inserting an article dedicated to your company, an interview with the owner or a manager or a technical article, reminiscent or of company news, in the rNEWS section, giving you all the space necessary to inform customers and potential customers, with text and photos. This article can also be sent via newsletter to around 12,000 industry contacts.

Link Building. It is a question of inserting a link of your company or of your offer in articles or offers/requests, present on the portal, which are found on the first page of Google or even through the Snippet.
