rMIX: HDPE ashlar membrane for the ventilation and dehumidification of wallsCode: 10629. We sell rolls of membrane with plaster holder net suitable for ventilation and dehumidification of walls. The recyclable HDPE ashlar membrane is made up of an extruded sheet with conical reliefs on one side and a plaster-holder net on the other. The 20 meter long rolls of embossed membrane have a weight of 600 g/m2. and a plaster holder net with 3x3 cm mesh. The installation takes place by unrolling the roll with the bosses towards the wall , so as to create a ventilation chamber and fixing special perforated profiles in the upper part of the wall and near the floor which will allow the recycling of the air and the dehumidification of the wall. Once the HDPE ashlar membrane has been fixed with the relative plugs , the plaster for finishing the wall can be spread on the mesh, which will remain dry because it is protected by the membrane. rMIX: Sustainable Rainwater Collection and Storage SystemCode: 10551. We build and sell a rainwater control, collection and storage system to prevent flooding. The system is made of recycled plastic and represents an innovative solution in the sustainable management of rainwater. This product fits perfectly into circular economy practices, aiming to reduce environmental impact through the reuse and optimal management of natural resources. What is the rainwater collection and storage system The set of components constitutes a modular rainwater management system developed by our company, which is a leader in the sector of urban drainage and water management solutions. These units are designed to be buried underground and function as temporary rainwater storage modules. The structure is made of recyclable and highly resistant plastic materials, which guarantee durability and reduced maintenance.Functions of the rainwater management systemThe main features of the rainwater management system include:Water Storage: The system can be used to temporarily store rainwater collected from roofs, parking lots, streets or other impervious surfaces. This makes it possible to reduce the pressure on municipal drains during intense rain events, minimizing the risk of flooding and discharge of polluted water into natural waterways.Water reuse: Collected water can subsequently be reused for non-potable purposes, such as watering green areas, washing streets or use in industrial cooling systems. This helps reduce drinking water consumption and promote more sustainable management of water resources.Soil Infiltration: The system can also facilitate the controlled infiltration of stormwater into the soil, improving groundwater recharge and reducing erosion and disappearance of surface water. This process helps maintain hydrological balance in urban areas.Environmental and economic benefitsThe adoption of systems like this brings numerous environmental and economic advantages:Flood Prevention: Significantly reduces the risk of urban flooding during periods of heavy rain.Sustainability: Supports the sustainable management of urban waters, a crucial aspect in sustainable urban development policies.Cost reduction: Reduces the need to invest in large and expensive drainage infrastructure.Improved water quality: Filters and purifies water before it re-enters the hydrological cycle or is reused. This rainwater management system is an excellent example of how modern technology can be applied to solve environmental problems through innovation in the circular economy. It contributes to a healthier and more sustainable environment and offers practical and economical solutions for rainwater management in urban contexts. With the growing interest in urban resilience and environmental sustainability, systems like this are taking on an increasingly central role in modern urban planning strategies. rMIX: Production of Ashlar Geomembrane for Green RoofsCode: 10543. We produce an HDPE geomembrane with 2 cm bosses. suitable for the creation of green roofs. The ashlar geomembrane made of high density polyethylene (HDPE), with a weight of 800 - 1200 g/m², is designed for use on green roofs and for the mechanical and hydraulic protection of tunnels or other underground structures subject to high water flow. ADVANTAGES OF THE GEOMEMBRANE FOR GREEN ROOFS - High resistance to compression and puncture, thanks to the truncated cone shape of the buckets - Uniform load distribution achieved through a high bucket density (400 pieces/m²) - Increasing the air space between the extrusions improves thermal insulation - When installed horizontally, it limits the capillary rise of water, conveying it and discharging it towards the drainage systems (collector). TECHNICAL DATA OF THE GEOMEMBRANE FOR GREEN ROOFS Weight: 800 g/m2 and 1000 g/m2. Material thickness: 0.8mm and 1.0mm. Compressive strength: 160 kN/m2 and 200 kN/m2. Height of the reliefs: 20 mm. Number of reliefs: 400 per square meter. Air space between the bosses: 14 l/m2. Draining capacity: 8 l/s/m, 480 l/min/m, 28,800 l/h/m. Width: 2.0 m and 4.0 m. Temperature resistance: -40 to +80°C.
