Leading company operating in the environmental sector, is looking for:WORKER FOR WEIGHING, RECEIVING AND SHIPPING GOODS Our heavy office team is growing and we are looking for a resource to immediately include in the workforce.The resource will deal with the weighing procedures at the establishment, will be familiar with transport documents, administrative documentation, loading and unloading registers, forms and related management and archiving. He will interface with customers and suppliers for administrative procedures.The candidate is required to have good problem solving skills, excellent organizational skills and an interest in learning new different tasks and activities. Previous experience in the logistics sector is appreciated, but adequate on-the-job training will be provided.You will have to deal mainly with:welcoming drivers acceptance and control of documentsweighing of vehiclesmanage access to the plant by interfacing with production registration, archiving and logging of documentsshipment of parcels and documentsdata entrysupport for general servicesswitchboardprogramming of services, issuing and printing/registration/archiving of forms, and sales documents / approvals and transfer requests consultancy and ongoing assistance to active customersmanagement and direct contact with customers/suppliersRequired skills: good knowledge of the English language good knowledge of the Office package and familiarity with using management software; ability to work in a team internal and external customer orientation high school diploma good technical and regulatory knowledge in the waste field, experience in the role residence in areas surrounding the place of work excellent verbal and written communicationFull-time employment contract.
