Production of Felt with Recycled Fabrics for Temoacoustic InsulationCode: 10249. The company produces acoustic insulation mats and rolls made from textile waste.Soundproofing mats are made with fibers deriving from the recycling of waste materials in the form of tailoring scraps and used clothing (recycled fabrics), combined with powdered resins or thermoplastic fibers (recycled fabrics). The acoustic mat is made of mixed fibers coming from recycled fabrics and is easily workable, can be cut with scissors and does not release fibers or dust. Its use allows for correct insulation which helps protect buildings from the cold but also from the summer heat because the house must be a place conducive to human life in all seasons. Thanks to the use of waste materials as input raw material and with high performance parameters, our products are among the cheapest insulating materials available on the market. At the same time, their production contributes significantly to reducing the burden on the environment by recycling materials that would otherwise have to be disposed of by incineration or landfill. The technological process is carried out even in conditions that are not harmful to the natural environment: all devices are strictly constructed and the dust generated in the process is sucked and filtered.Origin: PolandCategory: Recycled fabrics - textile waste - thermal - acoustic insulationIf you are a subscriber to rMIX see the customer's contacts, if you are not, subscribe by choosing the contract you prefer

Code: 9244. We produce a dry mix made up of a correct assortment of recycled post-consumer plastic granules for making screeds lightened. The recycled polymer mix, from post-consumer plastics, replaces the natural fraction of sand in the cement mixture during the laying of cement screeds with soundproofing value. On site, the post-consumer polymeric compound will be mixed with water and cement and you can proceed with the installation according to the thicknesses that have been chosen .The recommended mix is 1 cubic meter of post-consumer recycled polymer with 80-150 liters of water and 80-150 kg of cement. The created screed not only has an advantage from the point of view of the reduction of footfall noise, but generates considerable savings on the p of the attic as we pass from about 2000 Kg. to the m3 of a traditional cement screed  about 600 Kg. per m3 for the polymeric one.It has a good thermal conductivity equal to 0.076 W/mK, in fact the post-consumer recycled polymer screed is comparable to 4cm. of polystyrene, 13 cm. of aerated concrete or 25 of expanded clay.Furthermore, as far as impact sound insulation is concerned, the screed with post-consumer plastic granules produces a reduction noise equal to 20 decibels, calculated both on site and in the laboratory. As regards compressive strength, it obtained class CP2 with a compressibility test equal to 5000 Kg./m2.Se desideri maggiori informazioni sul Massetto di Cemento con Granuli in Plastica Riciclata, contatta il nostro ufficio commerciale.Provenance: ItalyCategory: Plastic products - recycled plastic granules - screed - post-consumer - floors - construction - acoustic insulationIf you are a subscriber to rMIX you see the customer's contacts, if you are not, subscribe by choosing the contract you prefer.
